{The Start of Fall}

Of all the things I love about Fall, one of the things I hate is changing over the boys closets from Summer to Fall clothes. I just feel so overwhelmed, but I tackled this project yesterday and it really feels good to know it is done now...It turned out pretty good. I just had to come up with some creative solutions in the closet to house both boys cool weather clothing. Summer clothes take up so much less room.

We had a fun Farm Theme Party. I made Hayden a #2 shirt to celebrate the big day! The Birthday Boy Enjoyed himself ALOT!!!

{completing goals}

I have been working hard, trying to complete some of the things on my "to do" list. It is really really long, but we are pressing on. In the house, I got one of the pieces of furniture from my grandma cleaned up and placed in the right spot (at least until Christmas when the tree replaces it). I also go my living room curtains made after almost a year. I'm really happy with the results!!!

As for the outside, we have gotten the deck and picnic table and door frames painted. We also put rock around the corner flower bed, which looks so much better!!! The garage is still a work in progress, but it is in progress so that's good!

Lots more to do...but it's coming along!!!

{My Bedroom}

I finally got a major project done...my bedroom! I'm so happy to have it done. It feels so nice to sleep in a clean, organized room.

So I have started Hayden's Party Planning. I forgot to keep and extra invite for myself. I'll have to get one back from my parents...so I don't have one to show right now. I am going to try to make the cake below...

{really Really REALLY BEHIND}

Okay, so I am really really behind (by almost a year) on updating this. I'm actually getting ready to work on Hayden's second birthday party. WOW! Where has the time gone? Life has changed a bit since I was last on here. I am now staying home with my boys and babysitting a couple kids a few hours a day, a few day's a week. I LOVE being home. This is what I was made for, now if I could just get myself in a routine. I have baby boy #3 on the way as well. He will be making his entrance sometime in October. Yeah, my fall baby. I can't wait! Well, really I can, but we are looking forward to meeting Henri.

I think there is something about this time of year that makes me ready to start organizing and getting ready for the cozy, cold months ahead and I'm guessing we will be spending alot of times indoors this winter with a new baby. I'm also trying to get a preschool curriculum to start doing preschool with Hunter this fall. And Christmas is right around the corner, well, at least to me it is. I like to start planning quite a bit in advance.

Well, I will try to do a better blog posting soon. I'm just updating what's been going on over the last year.

As for my goals...that's part of the point of this blog for me...

• Get outdoor projects done...
• Paint Deck, Clean Out Garage, Get yard ready for fall (this will be a while)
• Work on Hayden's Birthday Party!!!
• Get Hunter's Curriculum Done (At least for the first month...I should be doing that right now)
• Finish moving the boys rooms and getting ready for the Baby to come!!!
• Begin working on Christmas stuff
• Then the cleaning goals will start!
